• “Services” means the Site, demo/pricing request handling, and related communications.
• “You” means the person or entity using the Services.
• “Content” means text, graphics, templates, and other materials on the Site.

2) Eligibility & authority

• You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

3) Acceptable use

• Do not submit automated, deceptive, or malicious requests (spam, scraping, denial-of-service attempts).
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, company, or intent when requesting demos/pricing.

4) Your submissions (demo/pricing requests)

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (name, company, email, phone, notes). You grant us a limited right to use your submissions to respond to your request, coordinate follow-up, and improve our communications.

• Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information unless requested and appropriate for your use case.
• We may retain request records for operational, security, and audit purposes consistent with our privacy practices.

5) Intellectual property

The Site and Content are owned by Zimenax or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose. • Illustrative descriptions: Product descriptions, screenshots, timelines, and capabilities may change; availability may vary by deployment scope, requirements, and capacity.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimenax will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimenax’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Zimenax for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event that first gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zimenax from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your submissions, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Lagos State will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
